Danny has lived and worked in the Village of Downers Grove for over 30 years. This familiarity with the Village, his neighbors, and the business community has uniquely positioned Danny to help lead and deliver results that will improve Downers Grove for everyone who lives there.

ECONOMIC GROWTH, BALANCED BUDGET AND PROPERTY TAXES
Danny will work with the Department of Community Development to craft polices that help grow business in Downers Grove while ensuring proper oversight to maintain the integrity of the Village and avoid any negative impacts to resident’s property values.
Danny believes in exploring all options for revenue; especially as the Village, County, State, and Nation deal with the economic fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic. Danny will bring a proven track record of innovation at his businesses to the Village Council and will use that experience to help the Village grow its commercial tax base.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Danny understands that every resident of Downers Grove deserves to feel safe in their homes, on the streets of the Village, and when they send their children to school.
That is why Danny is totally committed to seeing law enforcement and first responders supported with the resources they need by the Village. Downers Grove first responders deserve to have the best training and equipment in their fields in order to maximize public safety and deter violent crime within Downers Grove.
Training and equipping Police Officers with the tools necessary to successfully carry out their mission of protecting the public will keep Downers Grove a desirable place to live, raise a family, or operate a business.
Danny also believes in adequately staffing the Police and Fire Departments so that Downers Grove residents can be confident that should the time come that they need emergency services, they can count on a quick and sufficient response wherever and whenever that may be.
